1 vs. 100  Barry Lander put his stamp on NBC's 1 vs. 100 as he became the biggest winner in the short history of the show.Lander knocked off a record 84 members of The Mob to win $343,000 from the quiz. The triumph earned Lander the title as TVgameshows.net Player of the Week for the period of Jan. 8-14. Lander made his second major game show appearance in a little more than two years. In 2005, he appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and stalled at $4,000 when he failed to use a Lifeline on a question he missed. 1 vs. 100 executive producer Scott St. John pondered whether Lander would not have been the first contestant to attempt going all the way for a total knockout of the complete Mob and the $1 million top jackpot.
